0 Show Us Your Ways (Live at Exchange Church)
I was invited to come and fellowship and lead worship at Exchange Church in Forest Grove this past Sunday. I apologize for the shaky video. My nephew was helping us record some of the songs live and was doing so without a tripod. This is one of my original worship songs based mostly on Psalm 24 & 25. This song wasn’t part of the planned worship set but fit with the teaching from Genesis 24 on seeking God’s ways and path for our lives. I shared this song as a special before we entered into a time of communion which is why the rest of the band wasn’t joining me on this song. We don’t have a studio recording yet of this song so I hope you enjoy this live version despite the shaky video!

0 Trust In Him At All Times
It is easy to trust in God in the good times when life is easy, but often difficult when trials or tragedy strikes. But it says to “trust in him at all times.” Let us pour out our hearts to him and find hope and strength in his sure foundation. Let us not be shaken when disaster strikes. Please continue to pray and lift up those devastated by this attack!
Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. —Psalm 62:5-8 NIV
Please join me and pray for those in Boston who lost their lives or were injured by this senseless violence, and lift up their loved ones in prayer. We ask, God, that you would give them your peace which surpasses understanding even in the midst of this tragedy.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
—Philippians 4:7
Weeping with those who weep. Praying that God will wrap his arms around them and be their Comforter.
You who are my Comforter in sorrow, my heart is faint within me.
—Jeremiah 8:18 NIV
0 New Song “Show Us Your Ways”
Here is a new worship song I wrote today while reading in Psalms. The idea for the chorus came from Psalm 25:4-5 and the verses come from Psalm 15 & 24 plus some more verses in chapter 25. This song is a cry to our generation to seek the Lord and put our trust in his ways. It is cry to God to show us his ways and help us to walk in them!

0 Turn Your Eyes (Official Music Video)
This is the Official Music Video” for my “revived” version of the classic hymn, “Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus.” I altered the melody and chorus and added a bridge; while keeping the lyrics in the verses the same. I am joined on this song by the musical talents of Nick Garrett-Powell who recorded and produced the track as well as singing the amazing harmony parts. On drums with the smooth brush work is the fantastic G.T. Albright and on stand-up bass is John Lingafelter rounding out the little jazz quartet.
